FirstNet/Nexet Privacy Policy

FirstNet/Nexet's Commitment to Data Security

Customer information is kept on limited access computers with appropriate Internet security measures to prevent loss misuse or alteration, and is only available to those employees who have a need to know.

Firstnet/Nexet may also use customer information to enforce our Appropriate Use Policy, but only to the extent necessary. We will share customer information with governmental authorities when legally required to do so, and may cooperate with these authorities investigating claims of illegal activity such as (but not limited to) illegal transfer or use of copyrighted material, or postings or e-mail containing threats of violence. Except under the limited circumstances described above, we do not disclose customer information to third parties.

FirstNet/Nexet's Commitment to Children's Privacy

Protecting children's privacy is especially important to us. It is our policy to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and other applicable laws. You must be 18 to use the Services. FirstNet/Nexet does not attempt to ask or collect information from any person under the age of 18.

FirstNet/Nexet recommends that children ask a parent for permission before sending any personal information anywhere using the Internet.
