satisfaction, we don't write a line of code until we have a detailed development plan -- a "spec" -- approved by you.

We'll meet with you, either in person or via telephone conference. We will have key personnel on hand to answer your questions
and help you define your needs. Based on this meeting, we may suggest a consultation for the purpose of developing a spec. If
you agree, we arrange a consultation, and then develop a spec based on that consultation. The spec is yours to do with as you
wish. You may choose FirstNET to follow through with developing your site, or you may take the spec elsewhere. If you have
someone else develop your site, you pay FirstNET only for the consultation and spec development. If FirstNET develops the
site, costs associated with spec development, including the consultation, are folded into the final development price.*
We'll work with you to establish a development schedule. During the development process, we confer with you on design issues
and keep you abreast of project status. You review your site, and when your site is complete to your satisfaction, you take
